BF&S was recognized as the 14th Best Place to Work in Indiana in the medium company category by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, rising one spot from last year! The list includes 193 Indiana employers representing more than 40 cities and towns throughout the state. Determined through employer reports and extensive employee surveys, the rankings provide a comprehensive assessment highlighting company strengths and areas for improvement as reported by employees. In turn, this report can be used in developing or enhancing employee retention and recruitment programs.
