We are pleased to announce the hiring of Phillip Gralik, PE, in the newly created role of Merrillville Road and Water Resources Department Head. Phil joins BF&S after working as the City of Hobart City Engineer. He brings more than 28 years of public and private industry experience to this position.

We are very excited to welcome Phil to the BF&S Team as our new Road and Water Resources Department Head for our Merrillville Office. “Phil brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in these disciplines working in both the private and public sectors over his career. With Phil on board, we are even better poised to serve our clients in a great way,” said Jake Dammarell, Executive Vice President of BF&S.

Phil’s demonstrated expertise in overseeing and successfully completing complex projects aligns seamlessly with BF&S’s commitment to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions. In his new role, Phil will play a key role in guiding the strategic direction of the departments, overseeing project execution, and fostering collaboration within BF&S and with external partners.
