We are pleased to announce Samantha Groce, CESSWI, MS4CECI, as our Stormwater Department Head. With an exceptional track record of successfully managing complex projects and regulatory compliance in the stormwater field, Samantha brings a wealth of expertise to the role. As Stormwater Department Head, Samantha will manage operations and agreements, staff, and client satisfaction.

Samantha brings more than 15 years of experience in erosion and sediment control, stream and wetland regulations, and drinking water. She has been involved in the development, permitting, and approval of roads and bridges, wastewater treatment plants, pipeline installation, building sites, stream relocation, and wetland restoration.

“Samantha has been a key contributor to the success of our stormwater services,” said BF&S President, Dave Lahey, PE. “We are confident Samantha will continue the growth of our permitting, auditing, and inspection services which have been instrumental in helping our municipal and industrial clients comply with state and federal regulations.”
